JPS_APP is a private, internal-use tool operated by JP Strategies. It is not a consumer product and does not offer public registration. Authorized personnel use it to manage advertising assets through Meta's Marketing API and Business Manager APIs.
JPS_APP processes limited Meta Platform Data needed for internal advertising and access operations. This may include business-user identifiers and access assignments, business and asset identifiers, advertising configuration and performance information, API responses, audit records, and authentication material. If you enrolled through Facebook Login, removing JPS_APP from your Facebook account sends an automatic signed deletion or deauthorization request to the JPS_APP backend. The backend deletes the corresponding app-scoped identity and its linked enrollment records.
Email jps_app@fastmail.com with the subject “JPS_APP data deletion request.” Include your name, the Meta business or account involved, any deletion-request reference shown above, and enough information to locate the relevant records. Do not send passwords, access tokens, app secrets, or other authentication credentials.
We will acknowledge the request, verify the requester's identity and authority where necessary, locate data associated with the request, and delete or de-identify data that is no longer needed. We will confirm the outcome within 30 days unless applicable law permits or requires additional time. Data may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or Meta platform-policy compliance; any such retention will be limited to the required purpose and period.
An authorized business administrator can separately revoke JPS_APP credentials or remove the system user's access in Meta Business Settings. Revocation prevents future API access but does not automatically delete records already required for the purposes described above.
