JPS_APP is a private, internal-use tool operated by JP Strategies. It is not offered, licensed, or made available to the public or to any third party. These terms govern our own internal use of the application.
The app is used exclusively to manage our own advertising assets through Meta's Marketing API — creating and managing campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, catalogs, and pulling performance insights for our own accounts.
The app is operated in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms, Marketing API Terms, and Advertising Standards. It authenticates only as our own system user and touches only assets our business already owns or is assigned. It is not used to access any third party's data, and it is not made available to any third party.
The tool is provided for internal operational use "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. JP Strategies is responsible for its own use of the tool and for compliance with all applicable Meta policies.
