JPS_APP is a private, internal-use tool operated by JP Strategies through the Pro Global Networks Meta business portfolio. It is not a consumer product. Invited internal media buyers may use Facebook Login to enroll their identity for administrator verification. Authorized personnel use it to manage advertising assets that the business owns or has permission to manage through Meta's Marketing API and Business Manager APIs.
JPS_APP may process Meta Platform Data required for its internal operations, including:
The public information pages do not provide consumer registration and do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The enrollment flow uses a short-lived security cookie to validate the Facebook Login response.
The application authenticates server-to-server as a Meta system user assigned to the Pro Global Networks business portfolio. It is configured to access only assets that the business owns or has been granted permission to manage. The separate enrollment flow uses Facebook Login only to identify the person. Login does not grant Business Manager, Page, advertising-account, or administrator access.
Platform Data is used to create, update, review, verify, and report on advertising operations; administer authorized access to business assets; troubleshoot API activity; maintain security; and comply with legal and platform requirements. It is not sold or used to build consumer profiles.
Credentials are held in approved secret-management systems and are not included in public site files, client-side code, screenshots, or source-control history. Operational data may be processed on authorized operator systems and by service providers used for secure hosting, storage, software development, or infrastructure operations. Access is limited to authorized personnel and reviewed according to operational need.
Credentials are retained while needed to operate the application and are revoked or replaced when access is no longer required. Unverified enrollment records are reviewed and removed when they are not approved or are no longer needed. Operational records and API-derived data are retained only for the period needed for advertising operations, verification, troubleshooting, security, legal, or platform-policy purposes, after which they are deleted or de-identified where appropriate.
Requests concerning Platform Data associated with an identifiable person can be submitted using the Data Deletion Instructions. Requests are investigated and applicable data is deleted, de-identified, or retained only when continued retention is required.
